My passion is yoga. Practicing yoga, teaching yoga and giving yoga therapy.


I have taught yoga since 1996 with experience in Iyengar, Ashtanga and yoga as taught by Desikichar. I believe that yoga should be taught respecting the individual. Every body is different and has different influences and a different circumstance, hence has different needs.


Yoga can benefit the healthy individual maintain and increase their health. It can also help with various health challenges - physical and mental. As a yoga therapist, I have seen people one to one and also in small groups with many different health challenges.


Whether you work with me in a class or one to one, my primary concern is that the yoga I am teaching will be beneficial to you as an individual. You do not have to be fit. You do not have to be strong. You do not have to be flexible. All you need to be able to do is breathe!
